The Beaded Royal Headdresses are made of a palm tree fibre structure, enfolded with burlap cloth embroidered with European glass beads that cover the entire object with geometric symbolic designs. The Leopard figure on top of the headdress and the use of Cowries symbolize attributes of Royal Power. Examples of Beaded Headdresses can be seen in the Field Museum of Chicago.
