This woven cotton crown is covered in its outer part with red plumules of macaw chloroptera, black of a bird of the Cracidae family, blue of ara ararauna. On each side are strands of black hair. The part covering the nape is composed of cotton braids on which are fixed plumules of the same species, the lower part ending in long red and blue rectrices. Collected in the 1950s-1960s in Brazil, Mato Grosso, Rio Juruena & Rio Sangue.

Cette couronne en coton tissé est recouverte à l'extérieur de plumes rouges de macaw chloroptera, noires d'un oiseau de la famille des Cracidae, et bleues d'ara ararauna. De chaque côté se trouvent des brins de cheveux noirs. La partie couvrant la nuque est composée de tresses en coton sur lesquelles sont fixées des plumes de la même espèce, la partie inférieure se terminant par de longues rectrices rouges et bleues. Collectée dans les années 1950-1960 au Brésil, dans le Mato Grosso, le Rio Juruena et le Rio Sangue.
