The White-Tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla) is a bird of prey that feeds mainly with fish, but it also hunts on birds, rabbits and hares. Sometimes the White-Tailed Eagle pirates food from other birds or otters. The body feathers of this species are greyish-brown and contrast with the pale head feathers that are almost white in the case of older birds. The wedge-shaped tail feathers are white, the beak, legs and talons are yellow. One can find the White-Tailed Eagles across temperate Eurasia. The taxidermy sea eagle is mounted on a branch—a former collection of Mr Ramon Pons Oliveras.
