The Dondo (Badondo)People are a subgroup of the Kongo people and live mainly in the Mindouli District. The quantity of artwork they produced is rather limited and influenced by their neighbours: the Bwende and Bembe. This Ceremonial Spoon is very early 20th C or end 19th C with a patina to prove it.
